Where to Find Your Tracking Code
Your tracking code is usually sent in the shipment confirmation email after the order has been dispatched. Check the inbox and spam folder of the email address used for your order.
- Look for a dispatch or shipment confirmation email from FlexMag.
- Wait until the order has been packed and handed to the carrier before expecting live updates.
- If you have not received a code yet, your order may still be processing.

If Tracking Has Not Updated
Carrier systems do not always update immediately after a label is created. It may take some time for the first scan to appear after dispatch, especially during weekends, holidays, or busy shipping periods.
If the tracking page has not updated for several business days, contact support@flexmag.net with your order number and tracking code so we can review the shipment status.

If It Shows Delivered
If the carrier marks the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, first check with household members, reception, parcel lockers, neighbors, or the immediate delivery area. Carriers may complete deliveries to authorized pickup points or safe locations depending on local service rules.
If the parcel still cannot be found, email support@flexmag.net and include your order number, tracking code, and delivery address so we can investigate.
