Overview
We want return and refund handling to be clear and practical. If you need to cancel an order, exercise a statutory withdrawal right, or report a delivery problem, contact us at support@flexmag.net with your order number and a short description of the issue.
This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation and Withdrawal
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be handled as a return instead.
Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for distance purchases, eligible customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions and the return conditions set out below.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the item should be sent back in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including all included parts, accessories, and packaging where reasonably available.
- The return request should be made within the applicable withdrawal or return period.
- The item should not show damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modification.
- Proof of purchase or order identification must be provided so we can match the return to the original order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photos showing the issue.
Where the claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law. That remedy may include replacement, refund, or another lawful resolution depending on the circumstances.

How to Start a Return
Email support@flexmag.net before sending any item back. We may need to confirm the issue, review eligibility, and provide return instructions before the parcel is shipped.
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- State whether you want a refund, replacement, or another resolution.
- Describe the reason for the return and attach supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Do not send the item to an address that has not been confirmed by support.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, damaged on arrival, or mandatory law requires otherwise, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a different method is required by law or agreed as part of the resolution.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. It may take several business days after approval for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Situations
A return or refund may be refused, limited, or adjusted where permitted by law if the item is not eligible for return. This may include situations such as:
- the return is requested outside the applicable legal or stated return period;
- the product has been damaged by improper use, accident, or unauthorized alteration;
- the item is returned incomplete without parts necessary to assess or resell it, where this is relevant;
- the return does not relate to the original verified order.
