Shipping Coverage
FlexMag ships to supported destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability depends on the country selected during checkout, operational feasibility, and carrier coverage at the time the order is placed.
If a destination is not available during checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that location. Destination availability may change over time as carrier conditions and operating costs change.

Rates and Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated by destination and presented during checkout before payment is completed. The exact charge applied to an order is the rate shown at checkout for the selected delivery country.
- Orders with one paid unit are charged the destination-specific shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Orders containing 2 or more paid units automatically qualify for free shipping.
- Current local delivery in Estonia starts from EUR 2.99.
- Shipping promotions, thresholds, or available services may change without notice before an order is placed.

Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days, but processing may take longer during peak sales periods, public holidays, address verification checks, inventory reviews, or other operational delays.
An order is not considered dispatched until it has been handed over to the relevant carrier or logistics provider.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the destination country and service route. Based on the current shipping catalog, estimated transit times range from 1-34 business days.
- Estonia: typically 1-3 business days.
- International destinations: checkout and shipment communications show the most relevant estimate for the selected country.
- All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Transit times may be affected by customs processing, local courier performance, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, remote-area delivery constraints, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and Delivery
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided once the order has been dispatched. Delivery is considered completed when the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the customer or otherwise marked as delivered by the carrier in accordance with the carrier's procedures.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives visibly damaged, contact support@flexmag.net as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the shipment status and available next steps.

Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the destination's domestic customs territory or where cross-border import rules apply, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are outside the control of Codester OÜ and, unless mandatory law requires otherwise, are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any necessary apartment, suite, postal code, or contact details required for delivery.
If an order is delayed, returned, undeliverable, or requires rerouting because of incorrect or incomplete address information, additional delays or charges may apply. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately and we will try to assist before dispatch.
